My Review

Great children's book. In a time when so many nurses are overworked and burned out, it's nice to see a nurse so dedicated to her vocation that she wants to share it with the world. I was very impressed with these books. As for the content itself, the pictures were very well done and the text very informative. It was delivered in a way that held my 7 year old son's attention which was a good sign, because I believe he's on the upper end of the age spectrum for her audience. The first book, N is for Nurse is one that I wish I had several years ago. Not only does it share information for children about healthcare, it's a great tool for reviewing the alphabet. 

My favorite of the two was "Wash Your Hands" probably because I'm constantly telling my son to wash his hands. The book addressed every area of my concern with respect to handwashing from handling the family dog to playing sports. It was nice to have this resource to drill the message home. The graphics of germs were also very well done. I highly recommend these books for parents of children from ages 3 - 7.
